£25,119 to 27,334 per annum, (pro rata if part time)

The job involves a variety of functions, such as helping customers, both face-to-face and on the telephone, assisting customers with online forms, promoting other services and payment methods, assisting with modern development projects as well as traditional functions such as taking payments for services and helping customers who present to us in need at either the Town Hall in Redditch or Parkside in Bromsgrove.
The job provides plenty of opportunities for development and training
A good knowledge of Council Tax and other council services would be desirable although not essential.
