Customer Support Repairs Administrator

Renovotec are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Repairs Administrator to join their growing Customer Support team. Renovotec supply customers with mobile computer hardware, software and wireless network infrastructures.
Providing a first-class customer experience is one of Renovotec’s main priorities, so you will quickly become a vital part of the business.
Support deal with all customer enquiries related to their mobile computer hardware, software and industrial wireless networks. The successful candidate will be a team player who will help out their colleagues whenever required.
Main Duties will include:
- Raising, updating and querying device repair requests (RMAs)
- Sending device repair quotations and receiving POs in return
- Arranging deliveries and collections to/from customer sites
- Answering customer queries on the phone or via email
- Ensuring all customer calls are logged using our support ticket system
