Customer Service/Scheduler
Temporary Immediate starts - 12 months minimum contract
Are you dynamic and practical with the enthusiasm to manage a wide range of customer interactions? With our growing service portfolio, we're looking for a Customer Support Despatcher/Scheduler to join our clients existing team based in Birchwood Warrington!
You will report directly to the Team Lead, working with a team of Customer Support Advisors and Customer Managers.
Duties:
* Providing first-line customer communication, ensuring execution to the scope of contracts and customer commitments, coordinating the customer relationship, and seeking aftermarket sales
* First-line technical support to customers and be the prime interface between customers and Technical Support
* Supporting Customer Managers in resolving customer issues
* Communicating effectively with all departments, to maintain a good level of interaction with the field and within the office
* Transact business, notifications, service orders, quotations, etc. on SAP. Actively seek and identify parts sales, aftermarket sales options, and upgrades

* Comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues across the UK, Ireland and further
* You should be thoroughly familiar with Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Salesforce skills are an advantage but not essential
- The ideal candidate will have a strong technical education (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Computing) with previous experience in a customer-facing position for example customer service or technical support, although this is not essential.
- Familiarity with wind turbines or rotating machinery, plant, processes, or systems would be an advantage.
Working hours
Monday to Friday 08.00am until 16.30pm with 1-2 days hybrid working per week
37.30 hours per week
