Customs Executive

The Customs Executive will work as part of the Central Customs Team to facilitate customs entries, deal with customs queries and complete reclaims. Working to ensure entries are prioritised and completed against agreed SLAs, your key responsibilities will be:

• Processing Import Customs Entries (Home Use, SFD, C21 and bond)
• Calculating VAT / Duty, invoicing out and dealing with FAS payments
• Processing post entry amendments
• Dealing with general enquiries related to the customs clearance process and any additional documentation requirements
• Supporting on product classification

Key Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role you'll need:

• Prior Customs knowledge, ideally with BIFA type customs certification.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• A methodical and organised approach to task management.
• Excellent communication skills.
