Your duties working as an Internal Sales Executive will include:
- Identifying and managing sales opportunities
- Generating business from new and existing customers, building long lasting relationships
- Managing internal customer database and ensuring all records are current and Up to date
- Providing customers with an efficient, helpful, friendly customer service
- Processing of quotations to orders
- Advising customers on products
- Day to day processing of enquiries generated over the phone/email/web
- Ensuring thorough accuracy and efficiency to ensure customer service levels are maintained at all times
- Working in a highly dynamic, target driven environment
You will have confident communication skills, with the ability to build long lasting business relationships. In addition, you will be a good listener who is extremely customer and sales driven, and a high level of self-motivation and desire to succeed.
