The Role
We are looking to recruit an exceptional Manager who is looking to develop their compliance career within the social housing sector.You will be responsible for leading a team to provide a high-quality Cyclical Maintenance service, ensuring it provides value for money, meets legislative requirements and the needs of the organisation.
The main responsibilities of the role are:
- To ensure that the Cyclical Maintenance contracts are retendered offering best practice and good value for money.
- To manage contractors to ensure that appropriate performance levels are established, communicated, monitored and maintained, setting up and recording regular contract meetings as required.
- To provide an asbestos compliance service to the organisation, ensuring that we are adhering to legislation / HSE guidelines and adhering to the asbestos management plan.
About You
- You will be passionate about data and will understand the importance of data integrity in delivering a high-quality compliance service.
- You will be confident communicator who is able to deliver effective relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- You will have experience pf managing a Cyclical Maintenance to residential properties.
