Working within the Digital Services Team, you will be a Lead Developer, bringing experience and expertise to the team.
As a Lead Developer you will work alongside our technical leads, other developers, architects and development team, to enhance, support and develop our line of business applications.
You'll help develop numerous applications, aimed at making our digital offer more accessible and easy to use for those that find themselves in financial distress.
Responsibilities
You will:
- Be able to guide the way that the other developers in the team work
- Lead our Developers in one of our agile teams, acting as a mentor and coach
- Be involved in identifying appropriate technology and approaches, deciding when software should be written
- Lead the developer community
- Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and the adoption of good practice
