A lovely family in Islington are searching for a caring, proactive and enthusiastic nanny who will hopefully be a long term fit for their family. Their perfect nanny would be someone who truly adores children and is keen to see the boys grow and develop as individuals, who is happy to plan a range of educational and creative activities for the children, and enjoys healthy cooking. Duties will include taking the children to classes, preparing healthy meals, planning educational activities and trips during the holidays, and travelling opportunities with the family. The family have access for the nanny to enjoy the facilities at Islington Little Space with the children – a family members club with soft play, swimming pool and lots of classes.
General duties:
- Planning activities and projects with the children – helping with educational and emotional milestones
- Cooking healthy meals for the children
- Dropping off and picking up boys from school/ Montessori
- Taking the boys to clubs – music, football, swimming
- Encourage the children’s creative development
- Organising and washing children’s clothing, keeping kitchen clean after meal times
- Travel opportunities with the family available
Candidate requirements:
- Creative, caring and fair
- Ideally with educational childhood qualifications
- Driver essential
- Longevity in previous roles
- Confident cooking healthy meals
- Keen interest in the children’s educational, emotional and psychological development
DBS check required at offer stage & and a current First Aid Certificate
