Daily Nanny

Daily Nanny position in King’s Cross offering a day off in a week and full-time salary

A family located in King’s Cross with two school aged children and excitingly a baby is looking for a nanny to join them from April. The suitable nanny would have relative experience working with similar ages, able to work as a team with mum and enjoy doing different activities with children.

The family are looking for the nanny to join them from Tuesday to Friday and then every other Saturday working in the morning. The position would be a mix of sole and shared charge as mum is currently studying part time. The family also have a friendly medium sized dog, so the suitable candidate must be happy to work in a home with pets.

General duties:

• Mix of sole and shared charge daily positions
• Getting the children dressed and ready for school in the morning
• School runs
• Undertaking housekeeping duties in relation to the children – laundry, organizing and tidying their bedrooms and keeping on top of toys
• Undertaking baby duties and supporting when baby arrives in May
• Playing with the children, doing activities, art and crafts and going for walks/to the park
• Supporting the children with their homework
• Preparing food for the children – the family also have a cook that comes once a week
• Babysitting twice a month – two Thursday’s a month (paid extra)
• Flexibility to travel with the family on occasional family trips

Candidate requirements:

• Experience working with similar ages and happy to work as a team with mum
• Must be pet friendly and happy to work in a home with children
• Bonus if a driver but not essential
• The family are looking for someone located in commutable distance
• Bonus if familiar with Montessori education but also not essential

DBS check required at offer stage & and a current First Aid Certificate
