No previous data management experience is necessary, just good IT skills including knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and a ‘can do’ attitude is required!

As a Data Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Analysing, editing, and inputting information provided by clients into the system
- Competently using Microsoft Office products for a variety of tasks.
- Converting digital information into web-friendly data formats.
- Actively participating in office-based meetings with clients and colleagues.
- Taking incoming user support calls, resolving support issues and user account queries
- Logging reported faults into the company’s in-house ticket system following fault logging procedures.
- Providing an excellent level of customer support and satisfaction.
- Undertake administrative tasks as requested
- Previous experience in an office-based environment.
- Excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills oral and written. An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to demonstrate a logical and analytical approach to tasks.
- A team player.
- Good time keeping.
