Data Administrator

Our client is looking for a Data Administrator for a 6 month temporary assignment.

The role:

To collate existing customer contact and location information accurately across multiple data sources and update accordingly.

Tasks:

• Checking geographical accuracy against available sources online, including Royal Mail, google maps etc
• Communicating directly with existing customers to update contact details, opening hours, via direct conversations and e-mail.
• Cleansing erroneous and outdated data from existing records.
• Reporting to Customer Service Manager with regular progress updates.

The Candidate:

• Needs to have excellent keyboard skills along with an eye for accuracy.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office mainly Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
• Excellent telephone and communication skills
