Our client is looking for a Data Administrator for a 6 month temporary assignment.
The role:
To collate existing customer contact and location information accurately across multiple data sources and update accordingly.
Tasks:
- Checking geographical accuracy against available sources online, including Royal Mail, google maps etc
- Communicating directly with existing customers to update contact details, opening hours, via direct conversations and e-mail.
- Cleansing erroneous and outdated data from existing records.
- Reporting to Customer Service Manager with regular progress updates.
The Candidate:
- Needs to have excellent keyboard skills along with an eye for accuracy.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office mainly Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
- Excellent telephone and communication skills
