Responsibilities:
- Set up of new data capture process for a group of Universities following agreed dataset and process from National Data Lead.
- Process mapping/ understanding current IT student services systems and how the new data capture process compliments/ works with.
- Reporting / aggregating all data currently Excel based, looking to improve to Power Apps or other platforms, needs to work with all university student services CRMs.
- Planned CRM changes - prepare requirements for new system
- Engagement/ training with key staff from Student Services and IT
- Part of a National team - remote working via Teams, ability to make initial engagements with Universities.
- Programming background - Python, Oracle, SQL
