They are pioneering products that provide Assurance and Compliance to a variety of industries and have a global lead in this space across telecoms, utilities, etc.Due to ongoing success, they now have an opening for a Data Analyst to join their team and carry out the following duties:* Data analysis and reporting findings back to clients* Conducting reviews of customer progress and targets* Production of various internal reports* Conducting conference calls with clients* Ensure that services are delivered and maintained as per agreed SLA* Ensuring client expectations are met* Continual review of analysis and reporting to improve relevancy and understanding of client needsIn order to carry out this role, you will need solid data analysis and report writing experience.
