We are currently a business of 20 people with growth plans to be 40 people by the end of the year.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Data Analyst to help drive increased growth through data insight on a variety of fast paced digital clients. Working across our diverse portfolio of clients, you will be responsible for data collection & data validation with clients, assisting in the building of data models which understand the true drivers of business growth, and working with colleagues and clients to determine optimisation and testing plans for paid and organic marketing channels.
You will be helping to develop our proprietary marketing reporting dashboard, and work with the team to enhance our attribution solutions to create the future of marketing effectiveness measurement and optimisation.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with clients to identify key marketing levers and outline data collection pipelines.
Manage the collection, transformation & validation of data requirements from clients to Charlie Oscar
Facilitate the build of custom attribution models alongside Data Leads, and work with to turn data outputs into tangible growth plans via effective data visualisation
Query & manage the Charlie Oscar Data Warehouse, using this data to design and build effective marketing dashboards.
Comfortable presenting data outputs and findings to clients & non-analytical teams.
Work with new solutions and approaches to constantly evolve our methods and offerings.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Have experience working with (transforming, validating & analysing) large datasets (structured & unstructured)
Designed & built reporting dashboards, and has experience in interpreting findings from these in a presentation format
Preferrable
Familiar working with digital marketing platform data (Meta, Google etc.)
Have experience working in a performance focused business.
A healthy mistrust of the status quo of digital marketing attribution.
Enjoy developing new products, solutions and approaches.
