Data Analyst

Our client seeks a skilled and collaborative Data Analyst to join their inclusive and collaborative team. This full-time Data Analyst remote position offers a salary of up to £40,000 p/a and excellent benefits, plus a bonus scheme.

In this Data Analyst role, you’ll be helping to build the future of healthcare. Our client creates solutions that can support the NHS in making data-driven decisions, support front-line healthcare workers in making safer, better-informed decisions, and empower patients to better engage with their care.

In your first few weeks in this Data Analyst role, you can expect to:

• Gather requirements through online (Teams) workshops and develop appropriate dashboards for a variety of clinical customers
• Use BI Tools (Qlik / Yellowfin) to design, develop, test and maintain embedded analytics, visualisations, and dashboards
• Utilise SQL to manipulate and analyse large datasets, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for data analysis projects

To apply for this Data Analyst role, you will need a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and at least two years of experience working with a business intelligence tool, such as Qlik or Yellowfin, including the development of visualizations, dashboards, and applications. You will also require the following:

• Proficiency in SQL
• Solid understanding of data modelling, data warehousing, and ETL concepts
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex data sets and generate actionable insights
• Ideally experience working with Jira
