We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Operations Administrator to support our Production Department. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering analytical data regarding production statistics, performance, and costs, contributing to the application of Lean Principles throughout our Leeds site.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports from data provided by the Production environment.
- Use the data for local and centralised reporting to promote improvements.
- Work closely with the Continuous Improvement and Business Optimisation Coordinator.
- Ensure timely delivery of accurate and detailed reports.
- Apply analytical skills to interpret data and suggest quality improvements.
- Maintain organisation and meet weekly reporting deadlines without supervision.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, charts, and pivot tables.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Word.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Analytical mindset with a constant drive for quality improvements.
- Excellent communication skills.
