This globally renowned financial organisation is seeking a Data Analyst User Migration team. You will be responsible for collecting, analysing, interpreting data to provide reports and insights, supporting decision-making processes within the organisation.
The ideal candidate also requires the skills to create reporting to provide detailed information against key performance indicators to meet stakeholder requirements.
What you'll be doing
- Collecting / integrating data from various sources such as databases, APIs and external data sets to create comprehensive sets for analysis.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide data warehousing / combined data-set repositories.
- Establish KPI's and metrics to track progress towards project goals and objectives, and regularly assess performance against targets.
- Developing reports, dashboards, and visualisations to present findings to stakeholders.
- Supporting ad-hoc data analysis requests / troubleshooting data-related issues
- Design and implementation of Data Flows.
What you'll need to succeed
- Have in-depth knowledge of data warehousing concepts such as data modelling and ETL processes.
- Awareness of data governance principles / best practices for ensuring data quality, privacy, and security.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to work with large, data sets and Data Flows.
- Ability to create clear and effective data visualizations with tools such as Power BI and DAX.
- Some experience with Snowflake.
- Worked in regulated financial organisations.
