AddressWe have an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst to join us – this is a new role where you’ll work alongside our Projects team as we deliver an exciting portfolio of business change/transformation projects!
In this role you’ll identify and analyse data requirements for specific system implementation/upgrade projects, communicating your findings with the Project Manager and Operational teams. You’ll play a key role in reporting on system data implications, advising on data capture requirements in core business systems and leading on data migrations.
You’ll partner closely with both the Projects team and Operational teams, influencing outcomes using the analysis you’ve undertaken and ultimately gaining buy-in from your stakeholders. You’ll also be integral in ensuring data integrity and helping to build effective data governance relationships within the organization, supporting the development of a data quality culture!

Our ideal candidate? We’re seeking an analytical thinker that enjoys working with numbers, with a keen eye for reliable high-quality data, who is able to demonstrate the following:
- You’ll have demonstrable experience of working within a data environment, undertaking data analysis on large datasets.
- You’ll have previous experience of producing reports using PowerBI and Excel.
- You’ll have a strong track record of working with SQL.
- You’re able to build relationships and communicate effectively with a range of senior stakeholders.
Our colleagues deliver services from the location that they are best delivered on any given day. This means that you should expect to work from a Midland Heart site 3 days per week with the remaining 2 days worked remotely.
