About the Role

This newly created role offers a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to shape and define the role from the ground up and join the business a a time of succession and growth. The Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in collating and analysing product data from within our CRM & Finance database aiming to extract valuable insights to help assist with and influence data-driven strategic decision-making across the company.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in data analysis in the Property Development, Estate Agency or Financial field. (5+years) at an advanced level.
• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, all Microsoft Systems, Crystal Reports and other financial software such as Quick Books.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights and present findings as management information.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Be educated to a Graduate Level (Minimum).
• Be hardworking with a natural curiosity of data and offer problem solving strategies.

Responsibilities

• Communicate Findings: Work with the branches, finance team and directors to feed into industry reports by providing statistical analysis and/or data visualisations.
• Forecasting Product Trends: Forecast product trends, patterns, and customer behaviour to make working with data more efficient. Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualisations to communicate the data findings and trends to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Operational Support: You will be working at an operational level and duties will include reviewing of Branches KPI's and using your skills to offer performance suggestions that ensure business progression as well as supporting members of the Senior Leadership Team.
• Monitoring our Market: You will be responsible for involving yourself heavily in our marketing and lead generation platforms such as Brief Your Market, Zoopla and Rightmove and play a vital role in validating or invalidating hypotheses about the market, our customers or our systems and bring a scientific way of thinking to the business.
• Data Collection & Integration: Gather and consolidate data from various sources, including financial databases, market research reports, and lead generation platforms.

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
