Chef De Partie - Live In

*Live In Chef Required* Luxury Hotel seeks an experienced and professional Chef de Partie. This Hotel offers a wonderful working environment for chefs looking for a change in direction.

The site offers comprehensive function / banqueting service along with a great restaurant menu offer, afternoon tea and wedding catering.

You and the team will create everything in house, producing innovative and modern cuisine using the finest local and seasonal produce.

Job Specification

• Assist in the smooth running your section in conjunction with more experienced peers.
• Keep the kitchen clean and tidy in line with Health and hygiene policies.
• Fry, Grill and cook to specifications.
• Work to the Head Chefs recipes
• Be able to cope under pressure during busy service times
• Produce consistent fresh produce using the finest ingredients.

Personal Specification

• You will come from a fresh food background.
• You will be a real team player who is happy to assist more junior chefs.
• Have a huge passion for food and help develop menu ideas.
• Be creative and approachable.
• Be a great communicator who is passionate about delivering excellence.
• Work well under pressure.
