Job Title: (Chef de Partie)

Hourly Rate: 14 per hour

Weekly Hours: 40-60 hours

Shift Pattern: Monday-Sunday, 7 a.m.-11 p.m.

Main Responsibilities:

• Kitchen Setup: Prepare the kitchen before opening, ensuring stations are organised and ready.
• Stock Management: Manage stock levels and assist with food orders.
• Food Preparation: Execute tasks such as plating, marinating, cutting, and precooking as directed.
• Station Preparation: Set up the kitchen station, ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Quality Control: Maintain portions and dish quality for an exceptional dining experience.
• Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitise the kitchen,following hygiene practices. Assist with deep cleans.
• Ordering: Collaborate with the team to order food supplies.
• Creativity and Innovation: Plate food creatively, staying up-to-date with culinary trends.
• Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies to uphold kitchen standards.

Qualifications and skills:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of baking, cooking, and grilling techniques.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 14.00 per hour
