Job Title: (Chef de Partie)
Hourly Rate: 14 per hour
Weekly Hours: 40-60 hours
Shift Pattern: Monday-Sunday, 7 a.m.-11 p.m.

Main Responsibilities:
- Kitchen Setup: Prepare the kitchen before opening, ensuring stations are organised and ready.
- Stock Management: Manage stock levels and assist with food orders.
- Food Preparation: Execute tasks such as plating, marinating, cutting, and precooking as directed.
- Station Preparation: Set up the kitchen station, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Quality Control: Maintain portions and dish quality for an exceptional dining experience.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitise the kitchen,following hygiene practices. Assist with deep cleans.
- Ordering: Collaborate with the team to order food supplies.
- Creativity and Innovation: Plate food creatively, staying up-to-date with culinary trends.
- Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies to uphold kitchen standards.
Qualifications and skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of baking, cooking, and grilling techniques.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
