Data Architect - £90,000 DOE + Bonus - Leamington Spa (Hybrid)

My client a leading consultancy are looking for a new Data Architect to join their team on an permanent basis. This role will see the successful candidate assisting and working with industry leading clients, expanding their technical capabilities, and having a real world impact on their business.

As the Data Architect you will also have the chance to develop your career whilst being exposed to new technologies, work closely with a range of teams within the business to bring products to life, and guide and collaborate with some of the brightest industry minds.

This role will be based from Leamington Spa and will require the successful candidate to work onsite 3 days per week.

All candidates must have the full rights to work in the UK with no sponsorship requirements.

The Role

As a Data Architect (Data Vault), you will be responsible to visualise and design the organisation's enterprise data management framework. This framework describes the processes used to plan, specify, enable, create, acquire, maintain, use, archive, retrieve, control, and purge data.

Responsibilities:

• Perform data modeling by applying best practices.
• Work with projects and Programs to define, govern and maintain the Data technology architecture including data platforms, integration, and application development.
• Develop and implement an overall organisational data strategy that is in line with business process.
• Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models for the above platforms.

Requirements:

• Experience working in a team in one of the following functions: Enterprise Data Architect, application development, database development.
• An enterprise approach with ability to work with stakeholders at all levels within the business and Digital organisations.
• Knowledge of using Cloud technologies like GCP/AWS/AZURE.
• Experience in roles delivering Operational and Analytics solutions.
• Experience in data modeling for SQL and No-SQL platforms including Relational, Dimensional, Data Vault and Document data modelling.
• Experience with modern Data Architecture such a cloud-based data platform technologies (GCP, AWS, Big Query, Snowflake, Cloud SQL) and stream processing (Kafka).
• Experience with Enterprise Cloud Data management and integration tools such as Informatica.
