My client are seeking a Data Assistant to join their Data Management team. This role involves supporting membership and fundraising teams, ensuring data accuracy. Key responsibilities include processing memberships and donations with precision and efficiency, managing deadlines, and collaborating with team members to meet objectives. Ideal candidates will possess experience in data processing, memberships or fundraising role, preferably using MS Dynamics CRM, and demonstrate strong communication skills. Main duties of the role
- Undertake timely, secure and compliant processing of new and renewing memberships, donations and recording Gift Aid Declarations
- Assist the team with office duties such as collecting fundraising and membership forms, incoming post, sorting letters and scanning
- Carry out other data tasks as requested by the Data Officer and Data Management Manager
