Data Business Analyst

Eames is partnered with a leading tech-focused international insurance and reinsurance company that is looking for a Data Business Analyst.

This company is based in central London, offering hybrid working (3 office days p/w) and a salary of circa £75,000 (depending on experience) plus a 10% target-20% max bonus.

The role:

• Drive value from data for business stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
• Define and prioritize business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Share Data team capabilities with stakeholders to enhance processes and decision-making.
• Ensure alignment between Data team efforts and strategic goals, while fostering a culture of service excellence.

The candidate:

• Proficient in utilizing data and technology for decision-making, with strong numeracy and attention to detail.
• Skilled in understanding and addressing business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and leveraging existing data tools effectively.
• Experienced in problem-solving, root cause identification, and prioritizing multiple requirements based on value and resource considerations.
• Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams in a scaled agile environment, with knowledge of SQL, data modelling, and AWS/Snowflake being advantageous.
