Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Cross-referencing and correcting data across systems to maintain accuracy and consistency.
- Reporting any discrepancies or issues promptly to the relevant departments for resolution.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure data integrity and completeness.
- Assisting in data cleanup and maintenance projects as needed.
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Prior experience in data input and data quality assurance.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
- Effective problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), WMS (Warehouse Management System), and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
- Basic understanding of business processes and workflows.
- A minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- This position offers a competitive salary of 24,500 per annum.
- The role is based in our Worcester office and operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
- Training will be provided to familiarize the successful candidate with our systems and processes.
