Data Entry

As a Data Entry Operator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data within our systems. Your main responsibilities will include cross-referencing and correcting data across various platforms, as well as promptly reporting any issues to the relevant departments for resolution.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Cross-referencing and correcting data across systems to maintain accuracy and consistency.
• Reporting any discrepancies or issues promptly to the relevant departments for resolution.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure data integrity and completeness.
• Assisting in data cleanup and maintenance projects as needed.

Personal Skills Required:

• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and precision.
• Prior experience in data input and data quality assurance.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
• Effective problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), WMS (Warehouse Management System), and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
• Basic understanding of business processes and workflows.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Additional Information:

• This position offers a competitive salary of 24,500 per annum.
• The role is based in our Worcester office and operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
• Training will be provided to familiarize the successful candidate with our systems and processes.
