DBS IS NEEDED FOR THIS ROLE
Information re - FOI Role - Mon - Friday 9-5 or 8-4 at Edward Jenner Court.
it's mainly Data Entry with word and excel knowledge required.
We require someone to input information onto a new system. The information is currently stored in word and on an excel sheet for reference. The person would be retrieving the corresponding reference numbers and inputting into a new system (training given).
The role is to ensure we are compliant with the freedom of information publication scheme.
All requests are allocated a number when they are submitted and then a formal reply. These replies need theming and then matching with original request.
The person would be required to work at EJC and work with our information governance colleagues and comms team.
Previous experience working within a local authority or NHS would be desirable but not essential
