Data Entry Admin Assistant
Opportunity available for a Admin Assistant to work in a Data Entry Team, Based in Gloucester
The team sits within an Data Entry Team with the role predominately inputting information onto a new system.
The information is currently stored in word and on an excel sheet for reference.
The person would be retrieving the corresponding reference numbers and inputting into a new system (training given).
The role is to ensure we are compliant with the freedom of information publication scheme.
All requests are allocated a number when they are submitted and then a formal reply.
These replies need theming and then matching with original request.
The person would be required to work at EJC and work with our information governance colleagues and comms team.
This role is to commence ASAP with the hours being full time working Monday to Friday
The hourly rate for this role is: £13.50 Per Hour
