Large, well established and very successful building services company are seeking an experienced administrator with VERY strong Data Entry skills.
The organisation are growing and expanding on a continual basis and adding to their large team in Scotland.
The role will be based at the main front Reception desk and will also involve handing incoming calls and visitors (although the number of calls to their main reception is quite limited as all departments have their own internal phone numbers for incoming calls).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
All of the companies sites across Scotland will process all of their paperwork through the Administration team.
This role will mainly deal internally with all paperwork from the Plant Team and the Materials Team.
Keying in information from delivery notes to costings to invoices.
all paperwork needs to be keyed into their internal bespoke software system, scanned and then filed accordingly (both electronically and paper parts).
It will be ESSENTIAL that your DATA ENTRY skills are fast and accurate!
The role, albeit relatively straight forward, will be busy and you will find that your working day will fly by!
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE of Administration and Data Entry is required for this role.
