You will have an understanding of database administration along with excellent IT and analytical skills.
Your role will be to help to ensure a smooth customer journey from enquiry management through to customer satisfaction for both Sales and Aftersales customers.
This includes monitoring the quality of data input as well as extracting information from the database and escalating any concerns or discrepancies.
You will also allocate all digital enquires to the relevant teams within a timely manner.
As well as providing day to day support with ad hoc activities, you will be an ambassador for various staff incentives and help promote awareness through employee communications.
Experience of the motor industry would also be an advantage, but is not essential.
