Data Entry Clerk

Are you an experienced Data Entry Clerk looking for a new contract opportunity? Belcan Workforce Solutions has an exciting position available with a multinational oil and gas corporation near Southampton, Hampshire. This is a 12-month on-site contract role with the potential for extension, operating full-time and falling within IR35 regulations.

In this role, you will be responsible for inputting and updating information into computer programs or databases. You'll evaluate files to determine necessary Data Entry and identify appropriate entry locations. Additionally, you will prepare source data for entry by organizing and prioritizing information, following verbal and written instructions, and adhering to data program techniques and procedures to meet Data Entry requirements.

To excel in this position, you should possess proficient typing skills, exceptional attention to detail, and experience with 10-key number entry.

Your scope of work will involve collaborating with the Site Admin Team, reporting to the Data Group Supervisor, updating site operating procedures for both businesses, and maintaining manuals as per the role's requirements.
