Data Entry and Telephone Validator - Temporary Role for 4-6 weeks starting the 8th January 2024 Salary: £10.42 per hour Our client based in Portslade is seeking a Data Entry and Telephone Validator to join their team on a temporary basis for 4-6 weeks, staring on the 8th January 2024. The successful candidate will be responsible for updating data within the business's platform and resolving any queries that may arise. Duties: Conducting outbound calls in a friendly and professional manner Entering data accurately onto the system during the telephone call Maintaining relationships with team members and external contacts Responding to helpdesk enquiries via phone, email, and live chat Confirming contact details and checking all data is correct and accurate Complying with confidentiality and security policies for the business Understanding the importance of Data Security and applying this to all tasks completed Checking existing data for accuracy and ensuring data is complete and a high standard Logging communications facility plans Assisting with other ad hoc admin tasks duties when required Requirements: Accurate Data Entry skills Comfortable using multiple databases and platforms Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Ability to read and understand insurance policy wording Keen eye for detail Professional and positive approach Good numeracy and IT skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Knowledge of insurance requirements an advantage Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday Huntress does not discriminate on the grounds of age, race, gender, disability, creed or sexual orientation and complies with all relevant UK legislation.
