Job Title: Data Entry Administrator
Location: Bexhill, TN39
Contract Type: Temp for around 2 months
Weekly Hours: Part time 18 hours per week (flexible working hours)
Start Date: January 2024
Job purpose
To provide administrative services, the role will principally be supporting with Data Entry to a CRM system, other responsibilities facilitating the effective and efficient operation of the team.
- Undertake administrative tasks supporting the Heart of Sidley (HoS) partnership, a community benefit project.
- Duties include Data Entry, telephone calls and emails, word processing, updating and manipulating databases, filing - support HoS with routine queries and forward on to relevant Partnership members
- Other tasks may include website maintenance, meetings, including preparing papers, booking rooms and refreshments, taking notes and drafting minutes.
- Order stationary / project supplies as required, ensuring that purchase orders and other processes are followed.
- Provide project assistance to team members as required, and/or lead on simple administrative projects for the team.
Knowledge and Requirements
- Computer skills - competent in Excel/Word/Outlook. Has experience of Data entry or similar activity. Knowledge or experience of Website maintenance desirable but not essential.
- Basic knowledge of standard functions (e.g. purchasing, responsible communications, customer service etc).
- Travel between sites may be a requirement for this role - role based at office in Bexhill with ability to hybrid work once initial training and competence is established.
- Flexible working hours by mutual agreement. (There may be a requirement to attend meetings / activities outside of normal working hours).
