Data Entry and Telephone Validator - Temporary Role for 4-6 weeks starting the 8th January 2024

Salary: £10.42 per hour

Our client based in Portslade is seeking a Data Entry and Telephone Validator to join their team on a temporary basis for 4-6 weeks, staring on the 8th January 2024. The successful candidate will be responsible for updating data within the business's platform and resolving any queries that may arise.

Duties:

• Conducting outbound calls in a friendly and professional manner
• Entering data accurately onto the system during the telephone call
• Maintaining relationships with team members and external contacts
• Responding to helpdesk enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Confirming contact details and checking all data is correct and accurate
• Complying with confidentiality and security policies for the business
• Understanding the importance of Data Security and applying this to all tasks completed
• Checking existing data for accuracy and ensuring data is complete and a high standard
• Logging communications facility plans
• Assisting with other ad hoc admin tasks duties when required

Requirements:

• Accurate Data Entry skills
• Comfortable using multiple databases and platforms
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to read and understand insurance policy wording
• Keen eye for detail
• Professional and positive approach
• Good numeracy and IT skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Knowledge of insurance requirements an advantage

Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday
