SalaryData Entry candidate required for a well-respected and reputable public sector organisation in Cirencester, on a temporary basis for a period of up to 4 weeks (with potential to extend) to assist them with a data migration project.
The standard hours of work are Monday Friday, 9-5 (although start and finish times may be flexible).
The role is offering GBP13 - GBP14 per hour, dependant on level of Data Entry experience.
The Data Entry position will include:
- Inputting data relating to each portfolio onto the system.
- Entering compliance and maintenance records.
- Uploading existing records from various sources (microsoft docs, google docs, photos etc.) onto the system via idocs. (Training will be provided on our systems relevant for tasks to be actioned).
- Electronic and some manual filing of data.
- Responding to general requests for information on data being processed and updating on progress of project.
You will require good communication skills and strong attention to detail, with previous experience in Data Entry.
