Data Governance Lead / Collibra Product Manager - Permanent - London/Hybrid - £110K base
Working within a fast growing team in an investment bank, you'll join the leadership team within the Data Governance area and take responsibility for the implementation of Data Governance policy and projects.
You'll be responsible for working with Data Governance teams across the business domains, as well as with technical teams and business stakeholders, to drive and implement policy, assess and improve data maturity, evangelise and ensure usage of the key tool (Collibra), and be involved in a host of proactive planning and strategic activities.
At its heart this role is a communication and influencing role, bringing the various disciplines and business domains together and ensuring a coherent Data Governance framework is implemented and maintained.
To be successful in this role you'll need a strong background in Data Governance, and previous experience in a banking environment. But more than anything you'll need strong influencing and communication skills, to be able to bring disparate teams together and achieve consensus. You'll have experience delivering projects, and the ability to identify future requirements and build strategic plans.
Knowledge of Collibra would be ideal, but it isn't necessary.
The role is London based and you'll need to be in the office at least two days a week. It will pay a base salary of around £110K.
