What you’ll be doing:
- You'll work with newly appointed Data Owners to help them understand their responsibilities, comply with policies and ensure all our data is governed appropriately.
- You’ll work with our data delivery teams and self-service analytics users to ensure standards are appropriate and embedded into delivery practices.
- You’ll work with stakeholders across data, security, legal and the business to develop and implement new and existing data policies around the use and management of data both at source and for analytical purposes.
- You'll also assist in the set-up and running of a Data Governance Council and co-chair associated working groups to drive the adoption of Data Governance across the organisation.
What you’ll have:
- You’ll have some previous experience of working in Data Governance-related roles, in either data policy development or setting up roles and responsibilities across Data Governance.
- You’ll be a great communicator.
- You'll have an eye for detail and be inquisitive in nature, wanting to know more about the data domains you'll partner with to drive governance.
