Reed Business Support Team in Guildford are pleased to be supporting a super flexible company who are seeking an experienced administrator on 12-month fixed term contract.
This role is ideally suited to an experienced administrator providing administrative and co-ordination support to the business.

Duties include:
- Being a key contact for reviewing, testing and training of the SharePoint system.
- SharePoint point of contact for the programme manager, bringing in relevant members of the Business Support Team as needed.
- Liaising with key contacts across the business both face to face and via written communication.
- SharePoint Intranet set up and population.
- SharePoint Document Management System set up post migration.
- Creating digital content for internal communications with regards to the SharePoint Project
- Generating user guides, quick access guides and potentially e-learning material for SharePoint.
- Taking an active role in the setup of user acceptance testing as well as participating in user acceptance testing for the SharePoint project.
- Delivering SharePoint training sessions to the business.
- Creating and publishing internal news articles and liaising with the relevant contacts dealing with external communications.
- Assisting the Business Support Team with ad-hoc requests including but not limited to:
- Tracking of outgoing technical content
- Conferences; requests, booking, travel, risk assessments & purchase requests.
- Publishing internal news articles
- Migration of documentation to SharePoint
The ideal candidate:
- Experience liaising with various departments across a business
- Experience working within a team and working collaboratively
- Experience of testing new systems and providing detailed feedback, preferable
- Experience populating intranet pages would be an advantage
Qualifications Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent Communications & People skills
- Excellent MS Office skills.
- Highly organised, accurate and good attention to detail essential.
- Able to manage own workload and deal with conflicting priorities/ demands.
- Highly self-motivated and pro-active
- Flexible with a can-do attitude.
- Knowledge of SharePoint would be an advantage
