SalaryData Insights Analysts - 35,000 - Newcastle (hybrid)
My client, a leading company in their field are looking to bring in a new Analyst to join their Data & Insights team. As a Data Insights Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data to provide valuable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organisation. You will be responsible for analysing complex datasets, identifying trends, and communicating findings to key stakeholders.

This position will be based from my clients Newcastle based office with 2/3 days onsite working per week required.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain data models and algorithms to support analytical processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Prepare and present reports and visualisations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualisation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to drive business growth and innovation.
Requirements:
- Previous industry experience in a relevant role is highly desirable
- SQL
- Power BI / Tableau - Reporting, dashboards, and visualisations
- Google Analytics & DAX (preferred but not essential)
