They also support clients in navigating complex issues such as data breaches, privacy impact assessments, cross-border transfers, and negotiations with regulatory authorities. Their expertise often extends to emerging areas such as AI ethics, data analytics, and technology-related privacy concerns, offering proactive solicitors to safeguard sensitive information while leveraging technology advancement responsibility.
The firm offer the full range of transactional, advisory, and contentious Data Privacy, protection, and cybersecurity issues, handling high-profile data breaches, litigation, and global compliance matters for blue-chip international technology and life sciences clients.
The team are now seeking an experienced data protection and Privacy Solicitor with between 3-5 years' PQE. The ideal candidate will have experience gained from another highly regarded data protection and privacy practice in London and able to advise clients, both domestically and internationally, on the full spectrum of matters.
