The ideal candidate is expected to behave in a professional manner at all times and adhere to YouthAction charter of expected behaviours. .

Possess a sound knowledge of ICT skills and social media skills.

An effective and confident communicator.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Possess a keen eye for detail.

Able to work independently and on initiative.

Demonstrate a strong interest in the charity sector.

Previous experience in either an IT or administration role, with experience working with data visualisation platforms.

Previous experience using Microsoft Office Packages - particularly Excel and Word.
