We are currently seeking a Data Processor to manage our company’s invoice system. This role involves ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of asset details, work reports, and service lists, as well as managing technicians and subcontractors. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to provide feedback and support to ensure all processes are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Regularly check and update asset details, including record history, bookings, works in progress, service configuration, and service sites/dates.
- Process work reports efficiently and communicate updates or amendments to service lists to relevant technicians.
- Record and keep up to date all technician’s hours and purchases on the relevant jobs.
- Liaise with PE technicians to ensure job sheets and certificates are complete and correct.
- Provide feedback on non-conformances to technicians and their supervisors.
- Process subcontractor jobs in line with supplier contracts and agreed rates.
- Arrange swift cost processing and obtain quotes for repairs as required.
- Ensure all data, including labour, travel, and parts costs, is accurately transferred onto database.
- Keep work in progress records filed into technician work folders.
- Process jobs on database and client portals, coordinating feedback on incomplete or non-compliant job cards and certificates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in asset management or a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with technicians, subcontractors, and supervisors.
- Proficiency in asset management systems, preferably PAMS, and familiarity with client portals.
- Ability to process technical information and provide constructive feedback.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritising effectively.
