Your new role
- Responsible for Risk Reporting across two large Capital Markets FX transformation programs (FXI & FXWS)
- Working in partnership with Product QA managers to ensure timely provision of consistent and accurate defect metrics.
- Responsible for defect reporting at Program level across all teams;
What you\'ll need to succeed
- Strong experience of Atlassian toolsets, including Jira & Confluence.
- Experience as a Program Quality or Defect Manager on a large transformation project
- Prior experience of working alongside, and building effective relationships with, geographically and culturally diverse and vendor teams.
