More about your role
The Asset Quality Data Manager will lead a team of data stewards to develop and implement a clear approach to property data focussing on data completeness, quality and enrichment, to drive and inform asset related decisions made by the group.
This will ensure decisions within the assets and investments department are data driven, and trusted based on the quality and completeness of the data we hold.
More About you
- Clear evidence of leading a team to manage programmes of data collection, improvement and management which is used to shape business planning and operational improvement programmes.
- Awareness of the key fudamentals of data management, Data Quality and using data sets of variable quality to develop clear layers of data and information that can be utilised by the group. Ensure that the team of supporting analysts work is focussed and prioritised towards the ongoing improvement of all Asset Data.
- Experiencing using and managing Asset Data systems, ensuring that all data retained in them is accurate, timely, and appropriate to drive the improvement of the group.
- Proven ability to develop key internal and external stakeholder relationships utilising feedback to effectively shape analysis and recommendations. Good report writing skills, and ability to present large sets complex information to a diverse range of audiences, clearly and concisely.
- An appropriate data or statistics level degree or qualification, or appropriate employment related experience.
- Asset management experience is desired but not essential.
