We are currently looking for a Data Scientist to join one of our clients in Leicester.

This is a hybrid role, with 2-3 days in the office, the remainder from home. Early finish of 15:30 on a Friday.
In addition to a basic salary, this role offers a bonus and company benefits such as private healthcare plan, 22 days holiday (increasing 1 per year of service up to an additional 5), and more.

- Driving data within the business, monitoring & maintaining productionised models, identifying, and developing long-term processes, frameworks, tools, methods, and standards.
- Engaging with business stakeholders to problem solve with data.
- Collaborating with the data engineering team to improve data accessibility.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience with SQL / PostgreSQL / Microsoft SQL / Oracle
- Proficiency in Python or R
- Good statistical knowledge
- Capability to confidently communicate with stakeholders and explain data when necessary.
