Data Security Manger - Central London (Hybrid) - £65-75k + Bonus & Benefits

Robert Half have partnered with a globally scaling financial service firm in the corporate lending space. Established over 12 years ago they now employ 400+ people across 4 international offices.

Technology is an integral part of their continued growth and success. With that, they're now looking to hire a Data Security Manger.

Reporting to the Head of IT the Data Security Manager is responsible for ensuring that company data is held securely and is protected from unauthorized access, misuse, or intentional damage. You'll develop a Data Security strategy that works within the pillars created by the Data Governance Manager to create principles of Data Security, such as confidentiality and non-repudiation. They work with the Data Governance Manager to ensure data integrity and availability.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the majority of the following:

• Background experience in Data Security management.
• Knowledge of Data Security principles and best practices.
• Experience in developing and implementing Data Security strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications
