Job description:Superior Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Database & Reporting Engineer for a client within the Energy sector based in Aberdeen.About the role:You will take responsibility for analysis, design, development, maintenance, administration and support of databases and dependent reporting including data-management.Skills required:Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server database development & administration (SSAS, SSIS, SSRS, SQL Server Agent Jobs, maintenance, backup, performance tuning)Professional experience with reporting design, development, architecture and related source control/documentationStrong knowledge of database design, planning, architecture and developmentGood understanding of database Administration (Data Migration, Source Control, Backup, Performance Tuning, Frequency-based Optimization and Management)Understanding of procedural/standards definition and compliance including change control and related documentationThis is a permanent full time positionVisa sponsorship is not availableRelocation package available for candidates within UK
