The Datix Administrator will support the development and maintenance of relevant procedures and guidance and the delivery of Datix training.
- Work with the Datix Manager to configure, maintain and develop Datix to provide an effective incident management system.
- Ensure the Archive Site (DatixWeb) is updated to match any changes made in the live site (DCIQ)
- Monitor data quality and provide support to the Datix Manager in proposing updates to guidance, training and communications.
- Support the development and maintenance of a range of management reports to inform evidence-based approaches to incident and safety management.
- Meet customer needs to a high standard by supporting the provision of appropriate helpdesk, monitoring, and quality assurance systems.
- Set up, maintain and close user accounts, adhering to established protocols and support users to address any access issues.
- Support the Datix Manager in implementing new projects.
- Confident, competent use of MS Office with advanced Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of numeracy and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to analyse data and apply logical reasoning- to solve problems and make informed decisions
- Ability to learn, understand and retain complex design structures, interdependencies and administration requirements of a database
- Experience of customer service and dealing with enquiries
- Experience of analysing large datasets to identify trends and insights
- Experience of extracting and manipulating data to generate reports
