Single Homeless Project has an opportunity for a Day Concierge to join and work in our team based in Hammersmith and Fulham. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis working 37.5 hours and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of GBP23,577.27 per annum.

About the role:
As the Day Conciergeyou will be taking a lead in reporting and monitoring maintenance issues, boosting and monitoring rent and service charge collection which helps clients on their move to independent living. You will be working collaboratively within the team to improve client experiences and boost satisfaction levels.
In your role, you will be the first point of contact and you will ensure that everyone is offered a warm welcome to the service and given the assistance they need.
The Day Conciergeis an entry level position and experience in the sector is not a requirement, however an aptitude to learn, teamwork and compassionate attitude are necessary.
Skills and experience we're looking for in our Day Concierge:
- Possess good planning and organising skills
- Have a warm and friendly attitude and willingness to assist
- Your approach is creative, analytical, and person-centred, rooted in a strengths and recovery model
- A non-judgmental approach to working with multi-disadvantaged / complex needs clients and to promote a strengths-based approach and an understanding of and commitment to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion
- Strong team-working and interpersonal skills, maintaining a collaborative approach to delivering service objectives across work specialisms

- A salary increase after successfully completing six month's probationary period
- A 37.5 hour working week including flexible working hours (core hours are 10am 4pm) in non-accommodation services
