Front Of House / Concierge. Finance. C London.

Our lovely client, a hugely successful Property Investment Company based in the heart of Mayfair, is looking for a Concierge/Front of House, who can run their very busy reception area.

This role is at the heart of a super team, and reports to the Head of Facilities.  The successful candidate would be would be the face of the organisation day to day, seamlessly running a very busy desk, and working closely with all the other departments to ensure meetings are scheduled, refreshments organised and guests are being well looked after.

Ideally, Front of House/hospitality experience is required, and someone who understands the etiquette and professionalism required to impeccably run a reception area to a high standard.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Meeting and greeting guests
• Managing the meeting room reservations – using outlook
• Co-ordinating set ups for meetings including VC’s
• Managing the main switchboard
• Ensuring clients and internal stakeholders receive VIP service
• Liaising across all departments, inc’ admin team, catering, IT and Facilities
• Booking/organising catering for lunch/breakfast meetings
• Booking couriers and franking post
• Liaising with housekeeper to ensure meeting rooms maintained
• Maintaining stock level for office stationery
• Fire Marshal and First Aid
