SalarySenior Finance Manager - Transport - £70-80,000
JSS Finance are partnering with a household name transport business with a turnover of £300 million. The company is part of a larger group, with excellent progression opportunities and benefits (including free travel and 10% bonus). The business has a really positive working culture and you will work alongside impressive finance professionals, reporting directly into the Head of Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct line management of three juniors (Finance Manager, Finance Analyst and part-qualified accountant)
- Preparation of statutory accounts for three subsidiaries
- Budgeting and forecasting of balance sheet and cash flow
- Business partnering with FP&A to produce reports
- Continuous improvements of processes and controls
Requirements:
- Ideally ACA qualified, but would consider ACCA/CIMA with a strong financial reporting background
- Industry experience is essential
- Proven experience in financial accounting roles
- Dynamic and ambitious with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
